Biography

Louise E. Lipman, a partner in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Department, joined the firm as of counsel in 1997. She represents a diverse range of individual clients and their families and has extensive experience in all aspects of estate planning, administration of estates and trusts, estate, gift and fiduciary taxation, and elder care management issues.

Louise also has significant experience with estate litigation, representing fiduciaries as well as domestic and foreign beneficiaries in contested probate and accounting proceedings. She has also represented clients in kinship proceedings, gaining experience in tracing and locating beneficiaries and heirs, including those affected by the Holocaust.
